'Excellence @ Work' survey initiative which has comprised of designing,
implementing, and assessing the results of customized surveys of staff in all
of the university's schools and divisions across three campuses. Thanks to
Bruce's expertise as well as his careful attention to us as a customer with
unique needs, this highly ambitious undertaking has been a great success: we
have had good participation and garnered very useful quantitative and
qualitative data that we are now using as a platform for further action. A key
